Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly needle felting workshop where you’ll create and take home your own handmade wool owl, approximately 3–5 inches tall.
Participants may choose their owl style, including:

A barn owl

A Northern Saw-whet owl

Or a whimsical owl (yes—even purple!)
This relaxed, hands-on class is perfect for beginners—no experience necessary. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished owl and the confidence to keep felting.

This workshop is for adults only.
Stacey also offers needle felting classes for ages 12 and up, which are scheduled separately and structured to best support younger participants.
🧶 About the Instructor
Stacey Grant is the founder of Poke-It Felting and a proud Smithfield resident. With over 25 years of crafting experience and a background in education, Stacey is known for her welcoming teaching style and love of slow, mindful making. She teaches workshops throughout Rhode Island and New England using high-quality wool and tools.
