Wolf Hill Preserve

Offering a variety of woodland trails winding through 300 acres of woodland. Areas of interest include a World War II memorial for a plane that crashed on the hill and Mercer Lookout which offers scenic views of the Providence skyline. Trailhead is on Waterview Drive.

Judson Farm

Judson's Farm borders serene Stump Pond and used to operate as a dairy farm before being donated to the Smithfield Land Trust. This trail system features more difficult terrain with varying elevations and ledges to traverse. This property also connects to Connor's Farm which was a cranberry bog as well as the Jim Russell Property.

Olivia's Forest

Olivia's Forest is a 0.9-mile loop and is considered an easy route through scenic woods for most visitors. This trail features Whipple Brook running through the property which visitors can navigate with the non-permanent wood bridges.

Greenville Nature Preserve

Greenville Nature Preserve is a peaceful walk through the woods of southwestern Smithfield. This is a very welcoming trail systems for beginners or those looking for a quick stroll through the woods. Adjacent to the Slack Reservoir this trail features views of wetlands and abuts historical cemeteries (SM086 and SM045 per RI Historic Cemeteries).
