The folders are organized by date and then (within each meeting folder) by project. This page is a work in progress as of August 2025 and folders displayed below may be updated up and until 48 hours prior to the next scheduled Planning Board Meeting.

 Starting in December, the Planning Department will only be accepting Subdivision & Land Development Applications through our OpenGov portal. Here applicants can submit their proposals which can be found and reviewed by any and all interested parties. This will be the official repository for all Subdivision and Land Development Application materials moving forward. To find a specific proposal please click the below link and begin searching for the project by the street address number and street name listed on the Planning Board Agenda.
