The Department of Public Works Fleet Division is responsible for maintaining all vehicles and equipment used by the DPW, Water, and Parks Divisions. These vehicles include large trucks, smaller vehicles, loaders, backhoes, excavators, sweepers, mowers, and smaller equipment.

Duties include multi point inspections, fluid and filter changes, tire replacement, brakes, hydraulic hose replacement, painting, welding, electrical, fabrication, and inspection and maintenance of the Town’s fuel depot.

The Fleet Division is a vital part of The Department of Public Works as maintenance of vehicles and equipment helps keep crews ready at all times for projects, day to day operations, and emergency events.
