Deerfield Park in Smithfield, Rhode Island
Rules and Regulations:
- The Splash Pad is intended for use by children 12 years of age and under
Safety Rules:
- Evacuate when thunder, lightning, or severe weather conditions exist or are forecasted
- Adult supervision of children is required at all times
- Swimsuits or appropriate attire must be worn at all times
- Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers
- Do not drink the splash pad water
Not Permitted:
- Food, drink, or glass of any kind
- Smoking, vaping, or marijuana
- Running, horseplay, or reckless behavior
- Water balloons, inflatables, or toys
- Hanging, swinging, or climbing on any of the equipment
- Covering spray features or carrying dirt onto pad
- Bathing, soap, shampoos, or detergents
- Skateboards, rollerblades, skates, bicycles, scooters, wheeled vehicles or toys
- DO NOT use the splash pad if you are sick or experiencing diarrhea
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
*Vandalism or any violation of these rules may result in suspension of use.
