Chapter 312 of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled "Streets and Sidewalks" is hereby amended by adding thereto Article IV entitled "Vehicle Impact Protection Devices".

2023-1 Alcoholic Beverages
Section 2. Chapter 118 of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled “Number of Licenses” is hereby amended by increasing the maximum number for class b (full privilege) licenses from 40 to 45.

2023-2 Prohibited Consumption of Cannabis On Town Owned Property
Section 1. Chapter 119 of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances part II, general legislation is hereby amended by adding thereto chapter 119 entitled “prohibited consumption of cannabis on town owned property”.

Section 1. Section 294-15 of the Town of Smithfield Code of Ordinances in Chapter 294 entitled “Sewers” is hereby amended as follows.
